By creating an account, accessing, or using TerraFlow Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
• You have the authority to enter into these Terms
• If using on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization

To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent environmental reports
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to access areas of the Services without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Our Services allow you to submit environmental reports, photos, comments, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant TerraFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the Services
• Represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license
• Understand that environmental reports may be made publicly available to promote transparency
• Retain ownership of your original content

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by TerraFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without written permission

Our brand assets are available for media use under our Press Kit guidelines.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Submitting fraudulent environmental reports
• Harassment or harmful behavior toward other users
• Illegal activity
• At our sole discretion if we believe termination is necessary

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TERRAFLOW MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of environmental data
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of data transmission
• Correction of defects or errors
• Results obtained from using the Services

Environmental conditions change rapidly. Always verify critical information before making decisions based on our data.

IN NO EVENT SHALL TERRAFLOW, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Cost of procurement of substitute services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Services
• Any other matter relating to the Services

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification for material changes

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
